💌 i keep having lightmares that someone i’ve been hiding from finds me. i don’t wanna sleep.

that’s a big mood and i understand that shit’s scary.
but you gotta sleep more. keep that energy.

i used to not sleep and it made me weaker and more vulnerable.
thought i was helping to stay away from the dream terrors.

ain’t trying to say to live in fear and keep paranoid. but you gotta be ready for anything happening, right? keep yaself going with naps at least. sleep. put on some asmr. have a voice playing so maybe that’ll distract from the terror dreams. maybe even have a quadrant come in and check up on ya and talk at you while you sleep gently so it helps.
